I love this saying for a wedding card! I was inspired by a fellow demonstrator, Chris Smith, for this card. You can view her blog HERE.
Word Play Stamp Set: clear #120651, Wood #120308
Finial Press Embossing Folder #115963

Most of the items I used are on the Last Chance list and are only available until the end of the month. The base of the card, the scallop oval, and the inking around the petals is Dusty Durango, one of this year's In Colors. I used Chocolate Chip for the ink and the circle in the center of the flower. The stem is Close to Cocoa cardstock. I ran the Crushed Curry layer through the Big Shot and the polka-dot embossing folder. The stamped sentiment is from Short and Sweet. The flower is the Daisy Die for the Big Shot. I finished the card by tying a piece of Dusty Durango polka dot ribbon across the front layers. This card was easily mass-produced for me to include with my orders from my June stamp camp. Today is the last day of my BLOG CANDY! Be sure to visit THIS POST to get yourself entered! If you are needing any supplies, please CLICK HERE to begin shopping. I will draw names for the candy on Wednesday night - that's tonight! Thank you to everyone who has placed orders to help me reach my goal. I'm so close, but I'm not quite there yet! Thank you also to everyone who has signed up as a follower and left comments. You are the reason I post my projects.
With Father's Day just under a week away, of course we had to make a Father's Day card! We used the Holiday Blitz stamp set. This set is only available until the end of this month. It has a great array of stamps - I think it is one for everyone's collection! We layered Night of Navy cardstock with Bermuda Bay DSP and stamped the ties in matching colors. We punched out "Thank You" with the Designer Label punch and the Horizontal Slot Punch (only available until the end of this month) and ran a strip of Night of Navy Grosgrain Ribbon through the slots.
I forgot to take pictures while they were working on their projects, and remembered after almost everyone finished. Above is a picture of Kathy and Pam doing some shopping. Kathy was a guest of Pam's, and I hope she'll join us more in the future.
Joe is determined to find a chicken stamp he likes!
Gina and Allison are getting their Wish Lists in order for upcoming months!
Alex showing off how he changed up the cards to suit his needs. I love seeing what ideas he comes up with. The card on the left shows the alternative side to one of the papers in the Island Oasis DSP from the Summer Mini. I love those little palm trees! I think that is one of my favorite paper packs we're selling right now. All the patterns are so cheerful and fun!
Don't forget... I have BLOG CANDY right now! Be sure to visit THIS POST to get yourself entered! If you are needing any supplies, please CLICK HERE to begin shopping.
